The Hess Collection - Cabernet Sauvignon California Hess Select NV (750ml)
Sturdy, intense, extracted and complex, with dense earthy currant, sage, cedar and mint flavors. Mount Veeder reds can be rugged, and even with an added year in bottle this is open-throttle. Very nicely done in a classic Mount Veeder style. Begs for more time. Best from 2014 through 2028.
